So I have 126xxx miles on my cl so I started hearing my valves knock and figured its time for a valve adjustment. So I take oFf the valve cover on the intake side and my rocker arm is shit I have a bearing completely off!! And another loose bearing. So I take off the exhaust side and I have 2 bad bearings and I look at my cam and its pretty much done!!! Ha! So I'm pretty much screwd. And I had no check engine or anythin. No indication other than my valves knocking. I need help ASAP!

Any suggestions on bearings a cam and a rocker arm? Haha
