TSA Fuse Blowing

I currently have a 2003 Acura CL Type-S, 3.2L. When I purchased this car, I was informed that when you went through a puddle while driving and there was a splash on the passenger side of the vehicle, the 15A fuse for VSA would blow. Today, I was driving at about 10MPH, went through a very relatively shallow puddle, and the VSA fuse blew. After it blew, I was still able to drive without any serious issues, my windshield wipers appeared to be a bit slower at initiating, D5 was blinking at a relatively slow pace while still moving, the VSA light and caution lights both came on. The car still shifted fine, and when I put the car in park, both Park and Neutral were lit up on the dash, with D5 blinking extremely quickly. After replacing the 15A fuse, everything went back to normal, except the VSA light is still active. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this issue? Any advice would be appreciated. Attached is my dashboard in park.

My apologies, as I'm sure you'd be aware, I meant VSA light, not TSA, we are not at an airport.

I'd start with getting a readout of the OBDII trouble codes. could be a few different things; because you stated the passenger side and a puddle: abs wheel sensor? perhaps the wiring is exposed and prone to shorting if it comes in contact with water?

The trouble codes will tell for sure!
