trans swap 98 cl auto to 5peed

Recently swapped out my 98 cl auto trans with a 5 speed....now the car won't start...do I need to change the ecu also? How do I hook up the back up lights and speed sensor...pins are different....thanks!

well the 2nd gen CL6 and CL Auto have different ECUs so it's make sense u need a different ECU...

i'd say definitely
