Well I have 111,000 miles on my 01 CL and my tranny is sputtering slightly on the 2-3 shift and shifting slowly on other shifts. Will acura work with us on tranny issues after the class action warranty has expired? Or do we just continue to replace these crap transmissions? Any members dealing with this?

maybe a good will. they pay half u pay half, or they pay for trans and u pay for labor. go in and see what they say. u might want to call acura customer care or something like that they they might give u a better deal.

yeah the best you can hope for is that they will goodwill it (even partily), cause you are over the mileage warrenty (not much though) and over the time limit like a year or so (depends on exactly when the car was bought/ put into service/ drove off dealer lot)

See what your dealer says .... but if they won't help you out i would check CPC valve A-B feed tubes, these get clogged with friction material and 60% of the time are cause of gear slamming and slow shifts ... do it quick though
