So I was driving on the freeway and the exclamation mark on the dash of my 02 cls kicked on and I started to lose pedal. I would give it gas and the rpms would jump no transmission I pulled over to the side and a lot of tranny fluid was spewed on the suspension and ground. What would cause or any ideas of how to go about finding the leak that was minor but kind of drastic. No clunking or anything just lost the tranny fluid. The plug was still secured so it wasn't from there. I thought of refilling the tranny fluid with the Acura dealer fluid again and starting it up throwing it in gear and finding out where the leak is. Is this or the proper way of doing so thank you and any bit bit of info would be helpful.
