So a few weeks back I was in a car accident which resulted in moderate front end damage and everything was fixed but they tossed my LED fog lights

So I ordered a new set that contained 18 LED's vs the 12 or 15 prior to these

Now the problem is these new LED bulbs are about 1 1/2 times the size of the ones before....


So my question is how easy is it to properly cut the fog light hole to a slightly bigger hole?

Are the fog light housings easy to remove?

 

I assume you meant the bulb hole in the OEM road lamps?

Just use a file and take a little off at a time.

To removing the housings, there is one screw on that you can access through the grille in the bumper. Unfasten that, then they slide out.

 

Yea I found a write up on that the other day, but I didn't think about using a file, thanks will try it on a warm day
