Shake, RATTLE and roll
Ever since i installed the Thermoblok's i've had this progressively growing rattle. at first it didn't sound all that loud so i assumed it was something i could've left loose in the engine bay. but i haved ruled that out after having checked time and again.
well, now i hear it all the time being that my car has a pretty rough ride despite having stock suspension with the exception of the CT springs. the sound is definitely coming from the AC ducts or just amplified by it. i have to keep the radio on at a considerable volume in order to drown the rattle out.
any ideas??
thanks

That's pretty strange. did you check to see if everything is tight? My buddy had a similar issue after installing his GReddy BOV on his GLI Jetta. Come to find out the BOV was just barely tapping the strut tower at idle but it made for a horrific interior rattle.
