Radio does not work, and not because of Code issue

Changed out wood panel around shifter, did not touch deck at all. Put everything back in as usual. Tried turning on the radio did not work. Does not even ask for Car Code which I do have. The red alarm light keeps blinking though on the radio. Help!!! Do not want to have to go to dealer and pay them!!! Any suggestions or help? Thank you!

Figure out what you knocked loose while changing out your trim. Maybe blew a fuse? That'll learn ya to stop messing around on the car.
