I'm not really sure if this topic goes here but i need some help/opinions.

I parked my car on a corner street and the front bumper slightly went to the red zone, ****ing traffic enforcers gave a me ticket.

question:

1. do i deserve to get a ticket even if it just my front bumper was like 5" inside of the red zone?

2. someone told me you can pass your bumper/s, but not the front/back tires is that true?

i will contest this tomorrow and will let you guys know the outcome, but i want your opinions, pls help...
