Overexcited ticker

After dinging the front right bumper, my right turn signal TICK TICK TICKS so fast I think it's having a heart attack. Is there a quick fix or should I learn to live with it?

Really? A blown bulb can make my turn signal tick faster?

I know I have a blown bulb in the back, but not in the front, I don't think ...

Most cars tick faster when you have either bulb out. That is telling you that you have a bulb out.

Actually I think the back bulb went out after the signal started acting crazy.
