Noise at start up and low rpm

When i start my car in the morning and after not driving it for awhile, there is a noise that sounds like if you were shaking a tomato can with a bolt in it, or metal hitting metal. Doesnt sound good. Any ideas on what it may be or to fix it? i have a super charger, tanabe exhaust, but this sounds like its underneath the car. thanks!

Erm... maybe a fan hitting something? I had a similar sounding problem on my last car, and that's what ended up being the cause. I dunno about the CL though..

Video? How many miles are on the s/c'er? What type of headers are you running?

Can you make a video of it? Particularly the supercharger? The bearings in it may be shot. It could be the flex pipe too but I doubt it with the CT headers.
