Neither of my seats recline.

03 Cl Type S 6 Speed, and neither of my front seats recline! As you can see in the pic I've got it all apart and can't figure it out. Need help please.

The motors are frozen and need to be manually moved and re greased. If I recall I used a chisel and hammer to unstick the gears and then applied the lube....
