Need help with side mirros, seats , and third brake light

I cant adjust my mirrors, my passenger side seat wont go all the way back.When i push the button to move the seat back only one side goes back the other side doesn't move. Then the brake light never turns off. When I turn on the car the brake light goes on and never shutts off? hHas ANYONE EVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCES? Thanks for the help

* For your mirrors, check your fuse box......

* For your seat, the gearing is probably stuck, take off the side plastic protector, get to the gears, use a straight head screw driver and place it in the gear assembly, while pushing the button, help the gears break loose.

* Brake light, check your fluid in the master cylinder, and take off the cap, the float sometimes gets stuck, causing a false level reading.
