Need Help! Details with Videos Inside

So i bought this 02 Acura CL-S about a month and half ago with no problems at all. Suddenly i started to experience a problem that many of you guys have. Check engine light came on and scanned it with codes with misfire in almost all cylinders and also a ps300 code (can't really remember). I changed the spark plugs already and i am currently trying to find a guide on how to clean the egr port (I believe that is what it is), and also did the coil pack check and every one of them is still good. I am also experience a weird "thump" you would say and it would occur while your at idle. While your driving it is fine, but when you stop, you can feel the thump every other second. Also when i take the car about 55+mph, the car would motor would shake the car violently if i press on the gas lightly. My next plans are to clean out the egr ports and check my fuel injectors. Please shine some light my way on helping me solve my problem. Thanks. Here are some videos to explain somewhat of the "thumping" noise.

Have you done any work to it right before you started having this issue?

I been changing the oil every 3,000 Miles and I also seafoamed it. I also changed all the spark plugs also. I also tried fuel injector cleaner but it seem to not really help. other than that, those are the only things i done to the car

And how many miles are on it? Did the misfires start shortly after you installed the spark plugs?

The misfire was before i changed the spark plugs. After it started to misfire badly and had rough idle, i changed the spark plugs, did seafoam/oil change, and fuel injector additive. It got better for about 2 weeks and now it is all bad again. Yeah im from Sacramento

I had a simular problem with a 91 accord ex r 4 speed auto.. we got the egr ports cleaned based on info from forums...but that was awaste of $400......turned out to be the transmission computer ( corroded wires). replaced with a used one and woked fine.....just a thought.
