I just did the Clutchmasters stage 1 lightened flywheel, plate and disc. It's a nice setup with a small amount of low-end loss and substantial gains up top in the powerband.
Clutch/Fly/Plate were $1100 shipped. The clutch install is a sub-frame dropper unlike a civic or a teggy where you drop axles and slide the trans off. Shops will want a bit more to do this.
P2R has a disc on their site, which is really all you NEED to replace assuming you havent broken any teeth, killed the bearings, or glazed the flywheel - and I think it was $250 or so.
Logic being - you're paying someone to get in there, go ahead and do new pilot and throwout bearings, get the clutch you want, and switch out the flywheel if you're interested.
My Honda mechanic friend does this for others for about $300 on the side.

Yeah.....I'd stick with a full faced, sprung clutch. You'll break something with that.

Hmmm... I've got 112k on the original factory clutch and have been running the CTSC for 98k miles. Clutch is still good... no slipage in WOT in any gear.

If yer on the cheap, get an oem disc and new bearings and find someone to put them in. The flywheel will need some love if it's as bad engaging as you say it is, so at least make sure whoever is doing it can turn a little material off there or knows what they're doing with a grinder.

I haven't heard of a stock clutch going from bolt on's or even a SC. I haven had any clutch problems either & I push 250ish to the wheels & am not an easy driver.
The upgraded clutch isn't a bad idea but if you want to save $ I don't think it's needed.
And the flywheel will need to be replaced. It's dual mass & not recommended to be resurfaced. It can be done but it's not an easy job. Most shops are not able to do it.
Never heard of the EXEDY clutch before.

here is another question i got new OEM pressure plate OEM disc, OEM release bearing and OEM pilot bearing for 310$ shipped...
isnt so bad, so im gonna need a flywheel and im gonna look for lightened one. I need one that will match the OEM clutch. Where to get ?

Aasco makes a lightweight flywheel.
Ive used Exedy clutches in the past. Theyre not ClutchMasters, but they arent shitty either.

Ive used OEM clutches on lightweight flywheels with no ill affects. That may be different with this car however.
And $750 is a damn good price if everything is brand new.

Yea, you have to drop the whole subframe or pull the engine out of the top. Its not a fun job.
