Navigation icons on map???

Navigation icons on map???
so I was fiddling around with my friends navi on his 01 TL non S. I noticed when I opted to show the gas stations on the map, it displayed Chevron, Shell and 76 etc gas station logos and I was like wtf? how come my 01 CLS doesnt do that, it just shows the little gas pump pics. weird...
