Unhappy My Headlight Issue

Hi this is my first time posting on this site since im a newbie. I know this issue has been posted but i feel like i should tell my story to see what you guys think.

Im going to make it short: I turned my light on this morning and noticed that the HID light on my drivers side was completely out. The only thing on was the highbeam bulb but very low. which is like that on the other side anyway. I then hit the high beams and the drivers side goes completely out while the working side turns on the high beams as usual.

I have read a cople of threads about a bad ballast so i removed the fuse (which sure enough was blown) I then put in the spare and turned the lights on.Again the drivers side headlight did not turn on and the new fuse blown. Another thing i noticed is that when i throw on the highbeams the blue high beam indicator on the dash inside the car does not turn on like it used to. Is this related to the headlight issue? Does the highbeam indicator have a fuse of its own? What do you guys think could be my issue? please help!

If it's blowing the fuse it's a bad ballast or a shorted wire/bad ground. You can swap the bulbs with the passenger side & if they light up you know it's not the bulbs.
