Exclamation Moisture in the headlight

So my drivers side headlight started to collect some water inside it which caused the main HID bulb to flicker and the high beam to go out completely. Also, the drivers side HID hasn't worked right for quite sometime, it would only periodically come on. So any way, I replaced the headlight encasement, replaced the HID and high beam bulb, replaced the ballast and the ignitor. After all was done, I turned the lights on, and it did the exact same thing. I'm stumped

Sounds the igniter/inverter is operational. Check for disconnected wires. If you replaced with all new parts it could be a loose ground.

I don't know, I checked the grounds and they seem to be connected. When I turn the car on, there is a very faint flicker that comes from the light. I am pretty sure I am going to have to bite the big one and bring it in. I am going to have to tell them everything on it is new so dont replace it LoL
