Hello.

My CL is forward to 130k (2001 CL-P) now, so I am considering to clean inside engine up. In these days, I feel a little vibration to the steering wheel while I am waiting on the traffic signal. One of my friends has a 2000 TL, which is 87k on it, doesn't shake at the stop.

Here is what I have done.
Timing belt, water pump, all accessary belt and A/T fluid was replaced 13,000 miles ago. Of course synthetic oils at every 3000k.

What might be the problem or any suggestion? Also Have anyone use Auto-Rx which claim to clean sludge inside engine?

Check your engine mounts

 

you mean the rubber bushings?

 

Did you change spark plugs yet?

 

Those were replaced around 20k ago. Do I really have to ?

 

I was starting to get a rough idle till the engine was warm and also noticed a little vibration in the steering wheel.
Also when I would turn the car off I would hear a rattle sound.
from where I dont know.
After fully cleaning out the intake and throttle body,all symtoms
were gone.

 

It is almost the same symptom but the engine wasn't cold in my case. It happens in the normal temperature. I live in IL in which the average temp is around 10~20F now. Might the temperature cause the problem?

mine also shakes very minor though at random stops, only 67k miles anyone know what might cause this?
