is it from an individual member?
did you see the product that you want in the black market?
if yes to both these questions, the next step would be to PM the individual to agree on a selling price. once the selling price has been agreed by both parties, then find a way to get it. either by shipping and or picking it up.
Most of these transactions go down by paypal. its safe and secure.
Once the seller receives the money by paypal, he usually sends it through his choice of carrier. and will give you a tracking number.
Be careful, the internet is a dangerous place and scams can and will happen.
