Also, I'm planning on changing the transmission fluid soon. I have the 6 speed Type S I know I've heard some guys use GM syncromesh. Any other recommendations? Thanks

Yeah hondas/acuras take special Honda power steering fluid; any parts store will carry it. Also, I just use the dealer Manual Transmission Fluid (MTF) for 6-speed. Works great

I just changed my tranny oil with pennzoil syncromesh put in 2.3 quarts....did not notice any change in shift or anything...i just decided to do it since im not sure when the previous owner actually replaced tranny fluid..
for PS fluid...i use the PS fluid from walmart...the one that says for Hondas/Acura...i think its prestone brand if im not mistaken..it works fine....been using it on all of my honda/acura for a few years and not problems
