Hey, I'm new to this site and I've been spending time searching through the forum for answers to no avail. Basically, this just happened today and I do not know what to do. It seems as though I can lock and unlock the door but when the door is unlock, I can't seem to open the door from the inside. However, if the window is down, I can open it from the outside? Can someone please help me with my situation? Any advice will be appreciated!
