help ecu question

found a 01 cl-s and a 6speed swap was done but the vsa and abs light is on also the checkengine is on ... they told me the ecu is out of a auto cl-s any ideas what should be done

When I did my swap, i changed out all the harnesses and the ECU.
this car is probably a nightmare. I would stay away, unless you are willing to invest a shit load of time and money into it.
