Ok so I ran into another bump in the road. I ordered the patch harness for the aem f/ic unit. I chose the one for my car but guess what. We go to install the unit and the patch harness is completely different. Im guessing its for the automatics. Does anyone know which one is for the manuals? Or do I have to hack my stock harness??? Thanks.

 

I think they just have one harness, but you have wire it to make it work for the manual, because of the hal and mag sensor differences.
talk to Paul and he'lll be able to help you out more. He rewired my harness for very cheap and did great work.
I'm not sure exactly what he did, but ask him.

 

the plugs are completely different. When I look in alldata, it shows two different ecu pinouts.

 

also I tried writing the guy paul to get one in the first place and he never responded back.

Boomslangs wiring for the FIC is incorrect. Ask all the members that have had to rewire them.

 

I gave up on finding a harness. Im just going to hardwire it tomorrow.
