Physically lower or are you talking about brightness?

go to j/y to get ballast or buy aftermarket hid kit and convert the ballast over.

I purchased an aftermarket ballast for $120 from Xetronic. Seems to be working well, though it does hum for 10-15 seconds after you first turn on the lights. Not sure why but way cheaper than dealer price of 450 for the ballast.

I will post a how to once I have the req. # of posts and been a member for 15 days. I have pictures of how I did it and everything.

Total job took about an hour start to finish.

sounds like he needs to adjust the headlight, not buy anything. There is a small white screw type thing you can turn to adjust the height of the beam. There is a DIY on it on the Tl forum I used.
