Hand brake tension?

Hand brake tension?
My dad's handbrake (e-brake, whatever you call it) does absolutely nothing unless its pulled up with considerable force. I've adjusted the handbrake tension on my Integra before, but I honestly have no idea where to start on a CL. Do ya'll know where the cable adjustment whatever (its a little plate on the Teg) is?

you need to open the center console lid for the bottom bin. lift out the little piece of carpet or padding or whatever that crap is at the bottom of the bin. it just lifts right out.
you'll see a plastic panel in the bottom towards the back of the bin. you need to remove this. get a thin, narrow, flat blade screwdriver and pry up at one side or the other. you'll see the slots where you need to pry. it pops right out.
this will reveal the adjuster for the cables. you'll need a wrench. i think its a 12 mm but you'll figure it out. then just turn the nut and tighten up the slack. then the HandBrake should work just fine.
unfortunately the ass holes at acura didn't adjust these right from the beginning. they just fuck 'em up and put them out in the field.
good luck.
