I'm restoring my 01 CL Type S and need to replace the front seats that are shot. Can any of my brothers out there suggest a site that sells seats for the second generation CL?

I assume that the non type s (premium seats) will fit on the type s cars..

I've had my CL since new and have 150K on it and it runs like new..Still love it after all these years.....

The non-Type-S seats will fit, but their seating surfaces are not perforated like they are in the Type-S. In my opinion, it makes them look way too glossy.

My recommendation would be to just scour Craigslist for some used ones. That's where you will find cheap replacements from people who are parting cars out. There as a member in Tampa that had all of his seats redone at the dealer with new covers and he was offering his old covers free of charge to anyone willing to pick them up. Apparently they weren't torn at all.

Oakroadsteve, you might want to look at the website for salvage yards. Not every yard is on it, but an amazing amount are.
