The small vent between the door & steering wheel closes when I have the slider beyond half. If I want just a small amount of air, it shuts.

I searched and the closest I have found is a thread about it not staying at the vertical level wanted.

It seems like the air flow is closing the flap. Anyone experience this and find a fix?

This is really annoying, I replaced the vent and it still does it.

 

You mean to say that you bought a brand new vent from Acura, installed it and does the same thing? That doesn't sound right...

 

It was not new, just another vent. Yes it does the same thing.
