So I'm going to try to make this as short as possible. I've googled other threads and posts and didn't find one quite fit my problem. I was stuck in traffic and decided to make a U-Turn. Car jerked and D5 began flashing and neutral was lit up. It felt almost like the parking brake was on while I tried to accelerate. So I tried to make it home and all the lights and needles went insane, and started flashing. As I tried making my way to pull over the car loss all power as I tried accelerating it studdered and after that it wouldn't stay running without some source of jumpers. My question is has anyone else every experienced this and what did they do to fix it? I'm taking it to the shop tomorrow and I'll post and update after I check the alternator.

 

Check your battery terminals. They're either loose or corroded . Else buy a new battery.
