Clicking in Driver Side Wheel

If anyone ever gets this problem, here is a possible solution. I had a clicking sound in my driver side wheel around bends and when I applied the brakes. People said need new axles, calipers, blah blah... All I did was take the wheel off and scrape the rust off the top of my rotors. Simple solution. The rust on the top of the rotor was hitting the top inside of the brake caliper.

NO SHIT??! Could you please describe the noise a bit more? I have a loud click that is driving me insane! It happens sometimes when I apply the brakes and almost always when I change gears...so if that sounds similar(it only clicks once or twice-not clickclickclickclickclick etc). your suggestion could do the trick.
