I need to replace my cat b/c it's broken, (it's not loose, the catalyst is rattling like a coffee bean in a cofee can lol *cries)

Where can I buy a cat (not from the dealers) & how much am I looking to spend?

I called a few muffler shops and they said it has to be obd2 certified in order for them to install it. I have a 2.25 ' car sound cat with no flanges but doesn't have o2 sensor bung for it. Will I be able to put this on? b/c so far no shops are willing to do it.

I searched, all the comments/ replies to the other threads didn't help

I really don't care about passing smog b/c I already have an intake n header on the car. I just don't want that rattling noise anymore & I don't want that check engine light to pop up.
