Car has power in certain parts but wont start
So I in complete ignorance put aluminum foil in one of the tail light sockets thinking it would fix the connection problem.. now the car wont start!!
It has power in the headlights, the dashboard, radio, interior lights BUT not in the blinkers n the remote lock system.
The fuel pump works cuz theres a noise when I try to start it but no clicking sound. I already tried to jump start the battery but didnt work.
WHAT COULD IT POSSIBLY BE???
I was told it could be the main relay or the starter relay or the starter itself but idk how to figure out wich of those could be.

Start by checking all your fuses. I don't see why putting foil in your taillight socket would affect the car's starter circuit. It would just blow the fuse for the taillights unless you had that fuse jumped and in that case, it would melt all of the wiring. But, just check all your fuses under the hood and under the dash. See what you find.
