I am going to purchase an 03 Cl Premium (auto) tomorrow for my son. As I have had my Cls for 5 years now I am pretty familiar with these cars. Anything in particular I should look for before I seal the deal? It needs front rotors and a valve adjustment but that's all I have noted that is not 100%

Anything that could be hiding that I did not notice during a good hard run up and down the boulevard??

 

You sure you want to deal with an auto? I'm sure you know what to look for by now, but I'd be scared.

 

me too...the auto tranny could go at any time.

 

I had mine go at 60 grand or at least that it what the thieves at Rick Case alleged. It was under warranty at the time and I got an 06 TL loaner for 2 weeks while the lamebrains took their time replacing the defective unit.

Consumer Reports lists the 03 CL as a recommended used car buy. There must be a ton of virgin Cl's out there but having been a member here for six years I do have some second thoughts..
