Broken seat back. Need help and suggestions please!

I have a 2002 Cl. I just got this car and I love it but I need to figure out how to fix a few things. First off is... the back of the front passenger seat is broken . I have the frame but one of the "brackets" I guess you could call it (the plastic parts that hold it on to the seat) is broken off. The OEM replacement for this runs about $260 :/ Does the Accords have the same plastic frame? Is their any cheaper way to buy just the frame and use the original leather I have on the broken one? Any suggestions on how to fix this are greatly appreciated! Thanks

Have you tried a local recycle yard or searching online for a used one? I have even had success with people parting out CLs on craigslist. Periodically, members do part out their wrecked CLs in the black market so you may look in there. Honda does not sell the plastic seperately.

It looks like it has the same part number as the 98-02 Honda Accord passenger seat backs. But you'll have to find a leather one. Engine size doesn't matter. Unfortunately, they are both around the same price, about 270.

Thanks! I am going to start looking around at recycle yards and fortunetly my uncles own a wrecking yard and know a lot of people in the business. Thanks again for the advice!

Also, what is the part number for the Accord/Cl seat backs? On the one I have off the car it has 2 different numbers... 12961-46203 for groove and 11961-46203 for no groove? I have no clue the difference between Groove or no Groove. Any info?

81128-S87-A62ZB for tan leather and 81128-S87-A62ZF for black leather. I got these numbers from Acura and they cross match with Honda part numbers.
