Brake Rotors

I just put new drilled and slotted rotors all the way around my 03 CL. Picked them up off of Ebay for $300 with shipping and including new pads. I can't believe how good they work compared to the stock brakes

Let us know how they hold up 6 months down the road... I bought some rotors of eabay like 5-6 years ago for my CL-S and they warped in like 4-5 months and then I could not even cut them.. The ones with holes drilled through are known to crack the dimpled (like EBC makes) hold up alot better!
Good luck with them?

What brand are they , was there a Brand name on the boxes of the rotors or the pads (ex. raybestos, centric)??

I didn't get mine through ebay, but the company that I bought mine from now sells on ebay. I don't remember the company, starts with an R. But thats what I payed. Slotted and drilled with semi-pads. I got posi-quiet pads with my rotors. I had a choice of custom painted hubs to match, and zinc dipped for durability. I've had them on all summer with some good miles on them and I'm happy as hell with the purchase. I have a thread on it all.

Here is the package i went with:

I also upgraded my calipers which really does help with the braking. Pads and rotors can only go so far with these cars and our lame single piston calipers. Dual piston is the way to go!

BrakeMotive was the ebay seller and I think that name was on the boxes also. 13,000 satisfied ebayers to date. I guess they cut out the middleman and you get it from the factory??? Yes, Time and mileage is the real question when it comes to any aftermarket part. But if an OEM part fails prematurely .....why put it back on, look for something better. I was really suprised that my 03 CL rotors were warped and that my 95 integra with 2x the miles on it with stock rotors are still perfect fine. Maybe CL rotors were made in the same factory that Jeep gets their rotors (notorious for warping)?

Alot of of times on vehicles that are know to have rotors that warp very easily, torquing lug nuts to the correct torque is a large factor in why they warp in the first place. Of course heat will do it too (and poor quality to begin with also)!!! I will keep an eye no the rotor and see how they hold up.
