Brake dust shield rubbing against rotor

Brake dust shield rubbing against rotor

recently I changed the rotors on the rear and I noticed a grinding noise coming from only the right rear. It's not the bearing and I noticed the ring around the dust shield in bent a little. Any way I can fix it without replacing the dust shield?
