Blow off valve sound when I rev?

My car is a bone stock 2003 cl type-s 3.2L V6. I just bought the car so I have no idea what this could be. It almost sounds like a fake blow-off valve. The higher I rev it, the louder the sound is. If I wait longer in between revs the sound is louder. This noise is coming from the FRONT RIGHT (passenger side) of the engine bay. I thought it was the tensioner pulley, so I replaced it but that didn't fix the noise. The car runs and drives strong and has a clean engine bay. Any help/suggestions appreciated.

A blow off valve releases pressure.
so, if it indeed sounds like a blow off valve and not a squeal, your looking for a vacuum leak under the hood.
If it's a squeal, you're looking for a belt or pulley.

A vacuum leak THAT loud would trip a CEL....
If OP thought it was a bearing noise, then there are still lots of bearings left to replace.
My guess is a noisy PS pump. Suck out the reservoir and replace with Honda PSF. Repeat. Report back.
