I have a 98 cl I4 manual with about 230k on it. About a year ago I did a motor swap for a jdm 2.3 we did the clutch and throw out bering at the same time and the fly wheel had almost no wear so I had it resurfaced but shortly after the swap the speedo started flikering off then back on while driving and it would feel like you turn the ac on then off at the same time this happens. Assuming it was the speed sensor I replaced it. I cleaned the plug reseated the seal and used a dab of electrolytic gel for spark plugs on the seal to keep out water but the problem got worse till now the speedo dosen't work at all. I am thankful for any help.
