Hi everyone. After successfully performing the procedure to unstick the gears on the passenger seat on my 2003 CL-S, now my seat won't automatically slide forward when I pull the side lever forward to allow people to my back seat. I can manually move my seat forward , back, and tilt it using the switches but the auto forward slide and return to previous position function doesn't work anymore.I've checked the harnesses, wires under the seat, and fuses but everything is fine. Is there a reset procedure when you disconnect the harnesses on the seat switches? Any help will be greatly aprreciated.

 

Has anybody encounter this issue with the seat easy entry function? I'd really like some pointers to get this working again?

If it's not the door switch, and the seat moves from the seat switches, you might want to leave it be. Seat assembly/motor work can be a nightmare and ridiculously expensive. I guess it depends on how much you care about that feature.
