ATF replacing interval?

Hello.

I've read a couple of articles regarding to ATF drain and refill. What I understand is that 3 bottles of AFT can be replaced at one time and do the same process 3 times with 9 bottles of ATF in order to put complete fresh ATF.

My question is the interval between the first, second, and third process. How many miles should the car be run to go next step?

Thanks.

The fresh fluid should go thru the system pretty quickly. Just make sure you drive it in reverse and all 5 gears before you do the next change and you would be all set.

I bought 9 bottles but only put 6 bottles in tranny. Before did the last 3 bottles, the color ATF from the dip stick was almost the same as the brand new. I decided to return the bottles.

Thanks.
