Folks,

First time poster, long time listener.

I've got an 03 CL Type-S and recently (w/i the last 2 weeks) the alarm has been reduced to simply flashing the lights whenever I use the remote entry device. Additionally, the lights will flash when attempting to start the car after the alarm has armed itself, but no horn sounds. The horn *does* sound when the panic key is used from the remote entry. I read a potential fix on this forum that said to hold the unlock and trunk open keys on the keyless entry for 5 seconds, but that did not resolve the problem. Any advice would be great.
