I have a '99 2.3CL. I drained the transmission oil on it to change the clutch. But now, I don't know where I can add it. Any suggestions?

Also, I noticed I broke two sensor that are located immediately below the distributor cap. These sensors go into the engine head. I notice that when I turn on my car in the morning, the car does not kick in the high idle and struggles to get passed 1000 rpms. I think one of the sensors has to do with this problem because before the sensor was broken, I did not experience this problem.
