I have a 2001 Acura CL type S. I have had problems with it bogging down when first started maybe once a month. I went out to start it today, and it will turn over but will not crank. Not real sure what it could be, thinking either spark plugs or fuel pump relay.. anyone have any ideas?

 

Grab a friend. ONe person will turn key to "on" position while the other listens at the rear underneath the car for the fuel pump to operate and prime. This is the place to start.

 

Yes I had the exact same problem about a year ago and it was the fuel pump..
