It turn's over but the car wont start. Tried Jumping it went OK, drove it an hour, parked the car, turned off the engine wont start again, 'did it twice...

...what supposed to be the problem? battery? alternator? pls. help thanks!

 

Your battery is dead. Once it's running it can run off the alternator but the battery is dead and won't hold a charge. Get it tested just to make sure...

 

dang! not even 2 years old? i have yellow top optima BTW. any idea why it did that? i have big sound system, if that causing it where do i start? thanks.

 

the problem is the battery. not holding charge. i had it checked, they said i have shortage going on in my sound system. i took all the connections and change my battery. i'll have the car sit for a few days and see if it still drain the battery.
