Brian, I just did a part # check on the CL-S6 Countershaft Second Gear Set; 23432-PYZ-305 and it appears that the '04 through '08 manual transmission TL's share the same part # and price $407.73.
In addition, you may want to message BenseBuilt on Facebook and inquire about his gearing options. If you have to replace second gear, while they have the tranny case open, it may be worth considering final drive options as well. Not sure if you want to go that far or even if that sort of thing is allowed for autocross. Just thinking out loud.

I didn't break it, but can't shift above 5k without it grinding. I forget name of piece that needs replacing, but you can't replace that one part without replacing whole gear. Replaced 2nd gear 2 years ago but it is acting up again. I have seen other ppl on Facebook complain about same issue. Won't be able to get CL parts much longer, if plan on keeping car better stock up.

Odd. I have zero issues with 2nd. I have a syncro for 3rd starting to wear out as i get the occasional grind into 3rd. But with 300k or so on the trans i guess that can be expected.
I need a stronger clutch though with the 275s and the 3.7 motor, and a new shift cable, as mine decided it wanted to snap on me the other day.

Think I'm gonna work on custom front fenders this winter. Wish I had your fab skills. Probably start out shaping foam over oem fender and making fiberglass flares. Aftermarket flares just don't fit well or look good at all. Also thought about buying 3rd Gen tl fender and hacking it up. Could weld lower part of 3rd Gen to upper part of 2nd gen.

i had the 1-2 gear set replaced in my 14 accord 6/6. second was so bad with only 50k on it. had it done under warranty. much better now. my cl i think is still smoother shifting than my accord and it has 234k miles on it.
