I have a 2003 Acura CL-S Auto I purchased new. On 12/23/2008 the trans failed at 51,000 miles and the dealer installed a new one under warranty. Now, 68,000 miles later I am getting an intermittent shudder (feels like it is going in and out two or three times before it finally gets third gear) when the car is shifting into third gear. I installed a new #3 trans. pressure switch and trans filter but that didn't help. I drive this car easy and change the trans fluid once a year. I don't have any warning lights and no codes present. Any suggestions on anything to try, or is this the trans on its way out again? Thanks for any suggestions.

You changed the wrong pressure switch. It should of been the Shift C Solenoid, A/B and 4th gear pressure switch. However, I would try the following link first before changing them.
