I went to Acura today they said oh its a commonly known problems for the trans to go bad on the CL-S and the TL's they said $4500 to fix it and said something about maybe the computer as well?


Here's the killer question is their anyone besides Acura that can do this job ?

Is there a company or shop that specializes in these rebuilds since it seems to be a common problem?


Also I could not find the transmission cost from the dealer for just the transmission (I was curious)

Any help greatly appreciated !!
