03 CL Type S Brake Light Problem
So I got pulled over today and issued a repair order for my brake lights. When I push the brake pedal in, no brake lights come on, not even the one in the window. This happens when I have the night time lights on and off. I switched the bulbs for all the brake lights, and checked the fuses. Nothing seems out of place. I checked the switch on the brake pedal as well and found nothing out of the ordinary. Any suggestions???

Update:
So I went ahead and changed the switch on the brake pedal just in case, and it still didn't work. I then replaced the wiring harness that plugged into the switch. Problem solved.

I have the same issue, but I have a 97 Acura CL 2.2
The "Horn" & "Stop light switch"(?brake light switch?) are on the same fuse and the fuse keeps blowing. But the main problem is that the shifter will not go into gear because of no brake lights. (This is a safety precaution supposedly) I replaced the switch at the pedal also, but as soon as I put the new fuse in again- I got brake lights for one push on the brakes, then the fuse blew again and I still have no horn or brake lights, with my shifter stuck in park! Does anyone have a clue what is going on?? Thanks-
