03 cl downshift to 1st is neutral

So I rebuilt my b7wa and now whenever it downshift to 1st it goes into neutral. If I love it to neutral and back to d5 it drops into 1st but it won't naturally go from 2 to 1. Any guess on the problem....

Any reason why you didn't do an Av6 swap? b7wa is known to be a glass trans.
