01 CL-S won't stay started. Or better said, it turns over and we have ignition, but..

Dosent idol at all, or even try.

Symptoms:
2 months leading up it was randomly stalling. Like. Hard stall. No hesitation or warning. Just done. It always reatarted after a few minutes tho.
After riding my bike for a week strait it was rainy weather and I had to roll the CL again. It went a week with no issue, which was surprising because it would stall anytime the fuel was less than half.
To be sure I used a bottle of sea foam and filled the tank. 2 more glorious weeks of no issues. Yet it did feal sluggish.
Now out of the blue, I had run the car to below a quarter tank. I parked at the store and it wouldn't start. It threw a check engine too. I read the forum and replaced the main relay and the fuel pump. I disconnected the battery to reset the check engine and tried again.
Same issue. Car will fire, if invoke the gas it will hold the rpms fine untill I release the pedal. I held 2k and 4k for 2 minutes with out it shaking or dropping. I didn't have to increase pressure to maintain or anything. And the check engine light has not returned. I'm a competent mechanic and know the work was done carefully and correctly. I have owned this car since 04, 42k. I'm lost any and all help is appreciated!!! I haven't taken it to the dealer but everything I've read here states that would be a huge waste of money and time.

Stats:
230k on car
65k on tranny
Mobile1 syn since 42k
Error codes: p1106 <----that's basically ECU is toast?
P1706 <---- AT error, generic explinations on Internet

p1106 is MAP sensor intermittent high voltage.

Yeah I saw you posting in a similar post about the same problem. all the webz say it's that barametric thing on the ecu. So what do I do?
